1. Hugh Jackman

Jackman gained international recognition for his role as Wolverine in the X-Men film series. He has also appeared in numerous other successful films, such as "Les Misérables," "The Prestige," and "The Greatest Showman."

2. Margot Robbie

Margot Robbie, born on July 2, 1990, is an Australian actress and producer. She was born and raised in Dalby, Queensland. Robbie rose to prominence with her role as Harley Quinn in the DC Comics film "Suicide Squad." She has starred in several other successful films, including "The Wolf of Wall Street," "I, Tonya," and "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood."

3. Geoffrey Rush

Geoffrey Rush, born on July 6, 1951, is an Australian actor. He was born and raised in Toowoomba, Queensland. Rush is best known for his portrayal of pianist David Helfgott in the film "Shine," for which he won an Academy Award. He has appeared in numerous other films, such as "Pirates of the Caribbean" series and "The King's Speech."

4. Miranda Kerr

Miranda Kerr, born on April 20, 1983, is an Australian model and businesswoman. She was born in Sydney, New South Wales, but was raised in Gunnedah, New South Wales, and Brisbane, Queensland. Kerr rose to prominence as one of Victoria's Secret Angels. She has also collaborated with various fashion brands and launched her own skincare line, KORA Organics.

5. Rod Laver

Rod Laver, born on August 9, 1938, is a retired Australian tennis player. He was born in Rockhampton, Queensland. Laver is considered one of the greatest tennis players of all time. He won a total of 20 Grand Slam singles titles, including a calendar-year Grand Slam in 1962 and 1969. Laver was inducted into the International Tennis Hall of Fame in 1981.

6. Cathy Freeman

Cathy Freeman, born on February 16, 1973, is a former Australian sprinter. She was born in Slade Point, Mackay, Queensland. Freeman is best known for her gold medal win in the 400 meters event at the 2000 Sydney Olympics, where she became the first Aboriginal Australian to win an individual Olympic gold medal. She was also a flag bearer for Australia at the same Olympics.

7. Keith Urban

Keith Urban, born on October 26, 1967, is a New Zealand-born Australian country music singer and songwriter. He was raised in Caboolture, Queensland. Urban has released numerous successful albums and singles, earning him multiple awards, including Grammy Awards. He is known for hits like "Somebody Like You," "You'll Think of Me," and "Blue Ain't Your Color."

8. Grant Hackett

Grant Hackett, born on May 9, 1980, is a retired Australian swimmer. He was born and raised in Southport, Gold Coast, Queensland. Hackett is considered one of the greatest distance swimmers in history. He won multiple Olympic gold medals and set numerous world records in the 1500 meters freestyle. Hackett was inducted into the International Swimming Hall of Fame in 2014.
